Conference Awards Production

We have produced many different awards over the years from small lunch time awards for 50 guests to large glossy awards in a variety of styles. Awards always bring the best out of the crew as it means they can bring out all of the lighting and sound toys and really push them to the limit, we specialise in transforming daytime conference sets into evening award sets using a combination of room dressing and also LED lighting effects, a recent example would be the International Investment London Forum at the Victoria Park Plaza which by day was a sophisticated business like double screen set and by night was a red lit James Bond themed stage completed with two James Bond silhouettes placed behind gauze and back lit to recreate the famous introduction to the movies, it goes without saying that we have great fun sequencing the music and we used our own dedicated recording studio to produce the stings and pre record the voices overs. We can also provide glamorous award assistants from our long list of hostess' as well as providing Autocue equipment and staff from the BBC's own supplier and co coordinating full presenter rehearsals.
